We are currently recruiting for two roles:
Sales & Client Services Coordinator
We're a design-led wallpaper studio creating original, considered work — and we're looking for a detail-obsessed, client-focused individual to join our team in a sales and client services role.
You'll be working directly with interior designers, architects, retailers, and international accounts, translating briefs into technical proposals. If you love the intersection of design and commerce — and thrive on getting the details right — this could be the role for you.
About the Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for inbound enquiries, managing them from first touch through to order and handover. A big part of the role involves preparing technical scale drawings and detailed quotes, so a strong eye for spatial elements and accuracy is essential.
Day to day, you'll be working across our CRM, project management tools, and accounting software — and producing client-facing documents in Adobe InDesign.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and prioritising all inbound sales enquiries
- Developing and maintaining key international accounts
- Attending weekly client WIPs and keeping communication flowing across all stakeholders
- Interpreting client briefs and advising on the best design and product solutions, drawing on pre-press, print, and interiors knowledge
- Creating scale technical drawings showing layout and product quantities, and generating accurate quotes
- Processing orders end-to-end — sales orders, invoicing, warehouse or production briefing including artwork requirements
- Compiling sales packs and dispatching samples to leads and clients
- Processing trade applications
- Following up open quotes, leads, and sample requests
- Supporting sales partners with collateral and directing enquiries appropriately
- Keeping CRM, Xero and inventory system up to date
- Developing internal systems and templates over time
- Coordinating with suppliers on lead times and technical details
- Downloading and distributing monthly sales reports
What We're Looking For
- Experience in graphic design, Mac operations, or interior design — this role requires someone who understands finished artwork, spatial layouts and design documentation
- Solid proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around pricing, specs, and client documentation
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple software platforms
- A proactive, organised approach — you'll be managing a lot of moving parts
Why Join Us
You'll be part of an internationally focused, creative, close-knit studio where quality and craft matter. This is a role where your eye for detail and love of design genuinely makes a difference — to our clients, and to the work we put into the world.
