Emma Hayes wallpaper is an artisan product manufactured in small batches. Slight variation may occur and is an inherent part of the manufacturing process.
We recommend ordering a sample prior to your final order to confirm colour and finish.

Please read the install instructions supplied with the product before hanging.  It is advisable that a professional decorator is used for installation.Before cutting and hanging wallpaper, ensure that all rolls have the same batch reference, are in good condition, have no shade variation and that no other faults are present. Please ensure that there are enough rolls to complete the job. Examination before hanging is the buyer’s responsibility. No claim can be accepted for hanging incorrect wallpapers or after wallpapers have been cut and hung showing defects which were apparent at the time of hanging.

All installation information is supplied in good faith, but without guarantee. Installation and site conditions are beyond the control of Emma Hayes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wallpaper. No claim can be accepted for hanging incorrect wallcoverings or consequential loss.Emma Hayes will accept returns of unopened, undamaged wallpaper within 14 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

Returned goods will attract a 10% handling fee. This fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. Once goods are received by Emma Hayes, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

Should goods arrive damaged, or incorrect against the order, please notify us immediately.
