Wallpaper samples are shipped free worldwide via standard post (no tracking).
A processing period of up to 5 working days may apply prior to shipping of an order. Shipping notice with tracking information will be sent once an order has been dispatched.
Framed art is printed and framed to order. Please allow a processing period of 3 weeks.
For wallpaper orders please allow 3 weeks processing plus shipping time.
All products are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Every legal effort is made to minimise the likelihood of local taxes and duties being imposed. However we cannot guarantee taxes or duties will not be levied, and in the event of this happening they are the responsibility of the purchaser. For further information please contact your local customs or postal service.
Apart from wallpaper samples, please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 8am-5pm on business days. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Apart from wallpaper samples, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not include any time for processing your order. Issues such as payment authorisation and destination customs clearance may cause delays.
CUSTOMS
Please note we take no responsibility for charges incurred at receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If products are available instore, prices may vary.
When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
RETURN POLICY
You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition with original packaging and labelling. Initial and return shipping & handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was faulty. If you are wanting to exchange the item please notify us as soon as possible so we can reserve the appropriate replacement for you.
Shipping costs and any applicable duties & taxes for the return to Emma Hayes are the responsibility of the customer. Please adequately package, track with signature required, and insure your parcel. We do not accept responsibility for any packages we do not ship ourselves.
We will notify you once the product has been received. Please allow up to five working days for a replacement to be shipped or refund to be processed. Refunds processed to credit cards will be calculated on the day the refund is processed. Emma Hayes takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the initial purchase rate due to changes in the exchange rate or credit card company charges.
